Immunoprecipitation: PDAP1 Antibody [NBP2-37693] - Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Affinity purified rabbit anti-PDAP1 antibody used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. PDAP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PDAP1 antibody A304-651A. For blotting immunoprecipitated PDAP1, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for PDAP1 Antibody
