Can you tell me the peptide sequence for the PDCD7 Antibody (46C713.2.1) immunogen? I am considering of ordering this to test its cross-reactivity against zebrafish pdcd7, but want to know if the region is conserved.

The exact sequence of the immunogen for our product NB100-56540 is proprietary. I can tell you that the immunogen is two separate peptide sequences from the mouse PDCD7 protein that share 31.2% and 58% homology to the ZebraFish PDCD7 protein. Based on these alignments, I would not recommend this product for ZebraFish detection. We did have two items to this target that had higher homologies to the ZebraFish protein that you might be interested in: NBP2-13743 (68%) and NBP1-59082 (60%).
