Immunoprecipitation: Pin1 Antibody [NBP1-28699] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PIN1 antibody NBP1-28699 used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. PIN1 was not successfully immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PIN1 antibody NBP1-28713, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PIN1, NBP1-28713 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for Pin1 Antibody
