By Western blot analysis a ~48 kDa band can be seen using rat brain hippocampal homogenate. WB was tested in TBST (20 mM Tris/HCl (7.6), 137 mM NaCl, 1% Tween-20) containing 5% nonfat milk and 0.05% NaN3.
