Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: RASSF1 Antibody [NBP2-97636]

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: RASSF1 Antibody [NBP2-97636]

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RASSF1 Antibody [NBP2-97636] - Immunofluorescence staining of RASSF1 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human RASSF1 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: RASSF1 Antibody [NBP2-97636]

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: RASSF1 Antibody [NBP2-97636]

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: RASSF1 Antibody [NBP2-97636] - Immunochemical staining of human RASSF1 in human adrenal gland with rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:100 dilution, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections.

Background: RASSF1

The tumor suppressor gene RASSF1A (3p21.3), human Ras association domain family 1A, is expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, small intestine, colon, and peripheral blood leukocytes. RASSF1A expression is inhibited by hypermethylation of the CpG island including the promoter and early transcribed regions of the human RASSF1A gene. Hypermethylated RASSF1A promoter is observed in primary tumors. Furthermore, RASSF1A is related with cell cycle regulation, apoptosis and microtubule stability. Agathanggelou A. et al
