Western blot: Approx 55-60 kDa band observed in nuclear lysates of cell lines HeLa and K562 (calculated MW of 50.8 kDa according to NP_002948.1). This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources and was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
