WB: Detects an approx. 53 kDa and a 160 kDa protein representing the glycoprotein and sarcalumenin respectively, in rabbit skeletal muscle extracts. IF: Staining of sarcalumenin and its splice variant in rabbit skeletal muscle results in staining that co-localizes with calcium ATPase in the longitudinal sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) and the terminal cisternae.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
