Immunoprecipitation:SARDH AntibodyNBP3-28913] -Detection of human SARDH by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Hep-G2 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SARDH antibody (NBP3-28913 lot 1) used for IP at 1 µg per reaction. SARDH was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SARDH antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated SARDH, NBP3-28913 was used at 0.04 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for SARDH Antibody
