Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: SELK Antibody - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-26091] - Immunofluorescence staining of SELK in U251MG cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP3-26091 (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody [Alexa Fluor 488] (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and cytoplasm.

Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) [HRP] at 1/10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions.
