Immunoprecipitation: SNF5 Antibody (9A9G0) [NBP3-16159] - Immunoprecipitation of from 300 ug extracts of 293F cells was performed using 3 ug of [KO Validated] SNF5 Rabbit mAb . Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using [KO Validated] SNF5 Rabbit mAb at a dilution of 1:12000.
