Immunoprecipitation:Stomatin AntibodyNBP3-29788] -Detection of human Stomatin by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using RIPA buffer from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Stomatin antibody NBP3-29788 (lot NBP3-29788-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Stomatin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Stomatin antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Stomatin, NBP3-29788 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for Stomatin Antibody
