Western Blot:[NBP3-30235]-Detection of human TMF1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T , Jurkat and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMF1 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TMF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMF1 antibodies and , which recognize upstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 10 seconds.
