Immunoprecipitation: TDRD3 Antibody [NBP1-46820] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TDRD3 antibody NBP1-46820 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. TDRD3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TDRD3 antibody NBP1-46821, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TDRD3, NBP1-46821 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
