Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRIP12 antibody A301-814A (lot A301-814A-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. TRIP12 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A301-814A-1). For blotting immunoprecipitated TRIP12, A301-814A was used at 0.1 ug/ml.
