Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TORC3 antibody used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 0.4 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. TORC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TORC3 antibody BL9829, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds (A) and 3 seconds (B).

Regulates the expression of specific CREB-activated genes such as the steroidogenic gene, StAR. Potentcoactivator of PPARGC1A and inducer of mitochondrial biogenesis in muscle cells. Also coactivator for TAX activationof the human T-cell leukemia virus type 1 (HTLV-1) long terminal repeats (LTR)
