1 ug/ml of TrpC7 Antibody was sufficient for detection of TrpC7 in 10 ug of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody.

Background: TRP7

TRP7 is thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permanent cation channel. Probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. Activated by diacylglycerol (DAG). May also be activated by intracellular calcium store depletion.
