Detection of Recombinant HIV-1 Gag p24 HIV-1 Gag p24 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of rHIV-1 Gag p24. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Viral HIV-1 Gag p24 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11189) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF008). A specific band was detected for HIV-1 Gag p24 at approximately 23 kDa (as indicated).
