Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18392]-Detection of human YIF1B by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-YIF1B antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. YIF1B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-YIF1B antibody.
