Scientific Data Images for ZEB1 Antibody
Western Blot: ZEB1 Antibody [NBP1-88845]
Western Blot: ZEB1 Antibody [NBP1-88845] - Mesenchymal-high cancers exhibit enhanced sensitivity to ferroptosis inducers. Representative cell lines showing enhanced sensitivity to GPx4 inhibitor ML162 correlates to low levels of E-cadherin, an epithelial marker. H1975 and A549: lung cancer; KLE and Ishikawa: endometrial cancer. Antibodies against E-cadherin, ZEB1, vimentin, and MTDH were used to detect protein extracts from non-small-cell lung cancer H1975 and A549, and endometrial cancer cell lines KLE and Ishikawa. Beta-Actin was detected as a loading control. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6746770/) licensed under a CC-BY license.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: ZEB1 Antibody [NBP1-88845]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ZEB1 Antibody [NBP1-88845] - Staining of human cell line U-2 OS shows localization to nucleoplasm. Antibody staining is shown in green.Applications for ZEB1 Antibody
