Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Endofin antibody NBP2-36538) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Endofin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Endofin antibody NBP2-36539. For blotting immunoprecipitated Endofin, NBP2-36538 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
