Biological Activity for PAF (C16)

PAF (C16) is an endogenous platelet-activating factor (PAF) and ligand for PAF receptors. Produced by inflammatory cells and a potent chemoattractant for polymorphonuclear neutrophils. Induces increased vascular permeability.
