Extending the Molecular Weight Range for Maurice™ CE SDS

Is it possible to use a single platform to analyze different molecules that have a wide range of molecular weights? Indeed it is with CE-SDS on the Maurice™ system! Maurice™ CE-SDS has several advantages over traditional CE SDS techniques including ease of use, faster analysis, and a flatter baseline. This poster demonstrates how one can take advantage of these capabilities for a wide range of samples by extending the standard molecular weight ladder for both small and large molecules through the inclusion  of off the shelf molecules such as a short peptide (0.5 - 55 kDa range) and Thyroglobulin (300 - 600 kDa range).
