AKAP11, also known as A-kinase anchor protein 11, consists of a 1,901 amino acid isoform that is 211 kDa, and is involved in the control of somatic and germ cell cycles by targeting and binding to protein kinase A. Research is not currently being conducted on AKAP11's relation to any diseases or disorders. This protein interacts with GSK3B, PRKAR1A, PRKAR2A, PRKAR2B, and PPP1CA during the cAMP Pathway and the G Protein Signaling Pathway.
