G-CSFR/CD114: Lysates
Human G-CSFR is 836 amino acids (aa) in length, with a 23 aa signal sequence, a 604 aa extracellular region, a 26 aa transmembrane segment, and a 183 aa cytoplasmic domain. As a result of alternative splicing, at least four isoforms of G-CSFR exist that differ in their transmembrane C-terminal region. Human and mouse G-CSFR are 64% identical at the aa level. G-CSFR is expressed in mature neutrophils, neutrophilic precursors, myeloid leukemia cells, and placenta.
