HIST1H2BA: Lysates
HIST1H2BA is 127 amino acids long, weighs approximately 14 kDa, and the gene codes for a part of a group of basic nuclear proteins called histones, which are responsible for nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Current studies are being done on several diseases and disorders including systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus erythematosus, papillary adenoma, adenoma, and immunodeficiency. HIST1H2BA has also been shown to have interactions with BRD7, DNTTIP2, HIST2H2AC, SET, and CCNA1 in pathways such as the telomere maintenance, nucleosome assembly, cell cycle, FOXM1 transcription factor, and systemic lupus erythematosus pathways.
