TSC22: Lysates
TSC22 is a ubiquitously-expressed, 18 kDa leucine-zipper containing transcription factor belonging to the TSC22/Dip/Bun family of transcriptional regulators. Although it does not contain a DNA-binding motif, it does regulate transcription, likely by interacting with both co-activators and co-repressors. Specifically, TSC22 is known to bind to, and modulate, the transcriptional activity of Smad3 and Smad4. TSC22 can also homodimerize or heterodimerize with other family members.
