I already have a ACD purchasing account. Can I use it at Bio‑Techne?
Yes. All existing ACD purchasing accounts have been transferred to Bio‑Techne Sales Corporation which allows you to order products from ACD or any of our other brands found on bio‑techne.com.
However, to place a Bio‑Techne order online, you’ll need to ensure your institution has Bio‑Techne Sales Corporation as a vendor and set up a new online account on bio‑techne.com.
Can I continue purchasing ACD/RNAscope products using my existing credit?
Yes. But you’ll only be able to use your ACD purchasing account when ordering by phone, fax, and email.

What are Bio‑Techne’s payment terms for purchase orders?
Net 30 days from date of invoice.
If I have a line of credit at ACD, will it carry over?
Yes, your credit will carry over. Please note:
- If you previously established a line of credit with ACD and have used that account within the previous 24 months, your account, payment terms and credit limit will have been automatically transferred to Bio‑Techne Sales Corporation.
- If you had an account previously with no activity within the last 24 months, credit terms will need to be re-established through re-application.

The brand will be listed under the product name, and the brand logo will be on the right side of each product page.
Where do I find my product documents
Each product page has an icon for product documents (e.g., Product Datasheet/COA/SDS) in the top right corner. This takes you to the Product Document download section on the product page. You’ll need your product lot number to request your COA. You can also use the Certificate of Analysis Finder Tool at bio‑techne.com/resources/cofa-finder-tool.
Where are the product protocols?
