Benefits of ProPak GMP Cytokines
Closed-System Process
To minimize risk, ProPak GMP cytokines are designed to integrate seamlessly into a closed-system process, mitigating the risk of contamination.
Weldable Tubing
Each ProPak bag is outfitted with weldable tubing, so you can connect it directly to your media. PVC tubing compatible with bagged media creates a fully closed cytokine addition step that can be added to a 1 L bioreactor, such as the G-Rex.
Optimized Performance
After extensive investigation, our scientists identified 10 µg as the optimal dose of IL-7 and IL-15 in a 1 L cell culture process. Each single-use bag supplies the perfect amount of protein, removing an unwanted source of variability in your process.
Reduced Manual Touchpoints
Removal of reconstitution and aliquot steps leads to less hands-on technician time. This reduces risks of error while streamlining your journey to the clinic.
Ready-to-Use Format
ProPak GMP cytokines can be stored at -20 °C for long term storage* or at 2-8 °C for up to 4 weeks.
*Accelerated stability testing currently underway to support a 2 year shelf-life at -20 °C.
A Partnership to Bring You Closed-Process Solutions
ProPak GMP cytokines have been optimized for a 1 L G-Rex bioreactor process (or similar) and will also be available through our partnership with ScaleReady.
T Cell Expansion with ProPak Cytokines
ProPak Cytokines Support Robust T Cell Growth
ProPak, liquid, or lyophilized IL-7 and IL-15 were added to Xeno-free GMP Human T Cell Media (Catalog # CCM038-GMP) with 5% huAB Serum. T cells from 3 donors were activated and expanded in G-Rex bioreactors for 9 days and assessed for fold expansion and cell viability. Data is the average of 4 independent experiments with 3 donors per experiment, error bars ± SD.
