Fluorescent Assays

Compatible with Jess. Fluorescence Separation Modules are required for Fluorescence Detection Modules and are compatible with Chemiluminescence Detection Modules. The Protein Normalization Module is not compatible with RePlex. To perform total protein normalization using RePlex, we recommend the Total Protein Detection Module, or Streptavidin-NIR for high-concentration lysate samples (see protocol).

Lot Controlled Orders

Lot controlled orders for Simple Western consumables are built to order and enable large single-lot orders. All units with the same part number within an order are delivered with the same lot number, provided the quantity ordered is less than or equal to the maximum single-lot order quantity specified. With Simple Western Lot Controlled Orders, you can:

  • Minimize the number of lot-to-lot bridging studies by securing larger consumable lots
  • Reduce the risk of errors and simplify inventory management
  • Order with confidence and flexibility 

These orders are ideal for larger, longitudinal studies requiring controlled consumable lots. Each order is compatible with a 24 x 25-capillary format and is sufficient for 600 samples per kit. All kits are built to order with a minimum order quantity of 5 and a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
