WB: Approx. 50 kDa band observed in human brain (substantia nigra, hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 47.1 kDa band according to NP_060708.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 22 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
