Detection of Trastuzumab by Western Blot.
Western blot of Centuximab (negative control), Rituximab (negative control), Trastuzumab, and Teprotumumab (negative control) biosimilars. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Anti- Trastuzumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB95471) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF008). A specific band was detected for Trastuzumab at approximately 240 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of Trastuzumab (Anti-ErbB2/Her2) on MCF-7 human cell line by flow cytometry.
MCF-7 Human cell line was stained with Human Trastuzumab (anti-Human ErbB2/Her2) Monoclonal Antibody (MAB9589), then Anti-Trastuzumab (Anti-Idiotype) (Catalog # MAB95471, filled histogram) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Antibody (MAB1050, open histogram) followed by APC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (F0111).

A panel of biosimilars was coated at 1 μg/mL in 96-well polystyrene plates. Anti-Trastuzumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody (Catalog # MAB95471, 333 ng/mL) detected Trastuzumab.
