Western Blot: ATF3 Antibody [NBP1-85816] - Usp9X inhibition causes Noxa increase & ER stress in MPNST cell lines. Ultrastructural analysis shows features of paraptosis. (a,b) ST88-14 cells were transfected for 24 h with either non-targeting (NT)-siRNA or Usp9X-siRNA (a) or treated with WP1130 at the concentration of 1.25 & 2.5 µM (b).
