Scientific Data Images for Aurora B Antibody (3F11)
Western Blot: Aurora B Antibody (3F11) [NBP2-50039]
Western Blot: Aurora B Antibody (3F11) [NBP2-50039] - Analysis of different cell lysates and recombinant protein solutions using mouse mAb to Aurora B. Left: cells were treated with 100ng/mL of nocodazol, a microtubule depolymerizing agent which induces cells to halt at G2/M phase. [1] protein standard, [2] HeLa, [3] canine A72 cells, [4] equine NBL6 cells, and [5] mouse KR158 cells. Right: Blot of purified full length recombinant human aurora A, B and C were probed with NBP2-50039. The antibody binds specifically only to aurora B and not to the closely related aurora A and C.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Aurora B Antibody (3F11) [NBP2-50039]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Aurora B Antibody (3F11) [NBP2-50039] - High magnification confocal immunofluorescence of HeLa cells stained with NBP2-50039, diluted 1:1,000 in green and counterstained with antibody to vimentin at 1:1,000 dilution in red. Blue is the DNA stain DAPI revealing the nuclei. The MCA-3F11 reveals aurora B localized in midbodies, midzones of dividing cells and also in the nuclei or some cells.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Aurora B Antibody (3F11) [NBP2-50039]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Aurora B Antibody (3F11) [NBP2-50039] - HeLa cell cultures were stained with NBP2-50039 (green). Aurora B stains midzones in anaphase and midbodies between the two daughter cells during telophase. It is therefore a useful marker of dividing cells. Cells were counterstained with chicken polyclonal antibody to Vimentin (NB300-223, red). Blue is a DNA stain.Applications for Aurora B Antibody (3F11)
