Application Notes
ChIP: A customer has reported successful usage (no data). WB: Approx. 60 kDa band observed in human lymph node and human spleen lysates (calculated MW of 57.7 kDa band according to NP_000374.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 48 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
