Product Specifications
Immunogen
BALB/c mice were immunized with lymph node cells from a patient with nodular poorly differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma. Immunophenotyping studies of these cells identified them as B cells expressing SIgG/lambda, as well as HLA-DR. Leu-12, and B1.
Specificity
This antibody is specific for human CD37, which is expressed on virtually all mature B lymphocytes, but not on pro-B or plasma cells. CD37 is highly expressed on all forms of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, chronic lymphocyte leukemia, and other leukemias. CD37 does not appear to be expressed on T cells, thymocytes, granulocytes or platelets.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CD37 Antibody (MB-1) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-11967]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CD37 Antibody (MB-1) [NBP3-11967] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Daudi cells stained with the chimeric mouse IgG version of OX-126 (NBP3-11967) at 10 ug/ml followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-11967, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with anti-unknown antibody followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.Applications for CD37 Antibody (MB-1) - Azide and BSA Free
