Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CD44 Antibody (9W6E7) [CD44] - Confocal imaging of A-431 cells using CD44 Rabbit mAb followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) . The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb followed by incubation with ABflo 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Ab (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.

Flow Cytometry: CD44 Antibody (9W6E7) [CD44] - Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Jurkat cells (negative control,left) and HeLa cells were surface-stained with CD44 Rabbit mAb or ABflo 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control , followed by Alexa Fluor 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control .
