Derived by fusion of SP2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with a cytoskeletal preparation of human bladder carcinoma cell line T24.
Reactivity Notes
Rat reactivity reported in (PMID: 24466155).
Specificity
This antibody reacts exclusively with Cytokeratin 19 which is present in glandular-type epithelia and most carcinomas. Does not react with hepatocytes and hepatocellular carcinoma.
