Application Notes
WB: Approx. 70 kDa band observed in human liver lysates is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 17356047).
An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 30 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
