Western Blot: ErbB2/Her2 [p Tyr1221, p Tyr1222] Antibody (JE44-12) [NBP3-32769] - Western blot analysis of ErbB2/Her2 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-ErbB2/Her2 antibody (NBP3-32769) at 1/1,000 dilution.Lane 1: SK-Br-3 whole cell lysate
Lane 2: SK-Br-3 treated with pp for 1 hour whole cell lysate
Lysates/proteins at 20 ug/Lane.
Predicted band size: 138 kDa
Observed band size: 250 kDa
Exposure time: 3 minutes;
4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32769) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1:100,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
