Scientific Data Images for FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - BSA Free
Western Blot: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12)BSA Free [NB120-829]
Western Blot: FGF R1 Antibody (M2F12) [NB120-829] - Total protein from Ntera-2 was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE. Protein was transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked and probed with 1 ug/ml of anti-FGFR1. FGFR1 protein was detected at approximately 150 kDa using an anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - BSA Free [NB120-829]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: FGF R1 Antibody (M2F12) [NB120-829] - NTERA2 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton-X100. The cells were incubated with FGR1 (M2F12) (NB120-829) at a 1:100 dilution overnight at 4 degrees Celsius and detected with Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were detected with DAPI (Blue) at 2.0 ug/ml in 1X PBS. Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.Flow Cytometry: FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - BSA Free [NB120-829]
Flow Cytometry: FGF R1 Antibody (M2F12) [NB120-829] - Analysis of FGF R1 in MCF-7 cells (1 x 10^6 cells/ml) stained with FGF r1 antibody (NB120-829, red peaks) at a 1:1000 dilution. Detected with a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. Shown with mIgG2a isotype control (green). Two distinct samples shown.Applications for FGFR1 Antibody (M2F12) - BSA Free

Application Notes
Western blotting: 1 ug/mL recognizes 10 ng recombinant bacterial, baculo-viral, or native FGFr1. Immunoprecipitation: Native, nuclear, recombinant, and ligand-labeled FGFr1. Customers have reported difficulties using this antibody in immunocytochemistry staining (see review). This antibody does not appear to work in IHC paraffin embedded sections.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
