Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-28894]-Detection of human SLC46A1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SLC46A1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. SLC46A1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SLC46A1 antibody.
