0.5 ug/ml of HSP90 (total) Antibody was sufficient for detection of HSP90alpha in 20 ug of heat shocked HeLa cell lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody. Simple Western reported by internal validation: Tested in HeLa +/- EGF; separated by size; antibody dilution of 1:50.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
