Scientific Data Images for Human Bax Minus C-Terminus Antibody

Detection of Human Bax Minus C-Terminus antibody by Western Blot.

Detection of Human Bax Minus C-Terminus by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 4 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human Bax Minus C-Terminus Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AB820) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). For additional reference, recombinant human Bax (1 ng) was included. A specific band for Bax was detected at approximately 21 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
