Scientific Data Images for Human BMP-4 Antibody
BMP-4 in HepG2 Human Cell Line.
BMP-4 was detected in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocytoma cell line (positive) or K562 human myelogenous leukemia cell line (negative) using Rabbit Anti-Human BMP-4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7572) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
