In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) HCC‑1, rhMPIF‑1, rhMIP‑1 alpha, recombinant mouse (rm) MIP‑1 alpha, rhMIP‑1 beta, rmMIP‑1 beta, recombinant viral (rv) MIP‑I, rvMIP‑II, and rhMIP‑1 delta is observed.

Detection of CCL18/PARC in Human Macrophages by Flow Cytometry.
Macrophages were generated from positively selected (MAGH105) CD14+ human PBMC, cultured with 50 ng/ml rhM-CSF (216-MC), 10 ng/ml rhIL-10 (217-IL) and 10 ng/ml rhIL-4 (204-IL) for 6 days, then treated with 3nM Monensin overnight and stained with (A) Goat Anti-Human CCL18/PARC Biotinylated Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF394) or (B) control antibody (BAF108), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Streptavidin (F0050) and Mouse anti-Human CD163 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB1607G). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (FC005).
