Detection of Human CD2 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line (negative control). PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human CD2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18562) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for CD2 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). GAPDH (MAB5718) is shown as a loading control. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18562) or (B) Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB002), followed by PE-conjugated anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody (Catalog # F0102B) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100A).
