Detection of Human CELSR3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human CELSR3. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human CELSR3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7278) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for CELSR3 at approximately 260 and 400 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Detection of CELSR3 in SH‑SY5Y Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
