Scientific Data Images for Human CXCR3 Fluorescein-conjugated Antibody

Detection of CXCR3 antibody in Human Blood Lymphocytes antibody by Flow Cytometry.

Detection of CXCR3 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CXCR3 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB160F) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3e Alexa Fluor® 700-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB100N). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (IC002F). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

Detection of CXCR3 in RPMI8226 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.

RPMI8226 human myeloma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human CXCR3 Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB160F, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG1 isotype control antibody (IC002F, open histogram). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
