Detects human FAM3C in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse FAM3C is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FAM3A, rhFAM3B, and rhFAM3D is observed.

Detection of Human FAM3C by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of JEG-3 human epithelial choriocarcinoma cell line and HCT-116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human FAM3C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3084) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for FAM3C at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated).
