In Western blots, approximately 60% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) FGF R5 and rmFGF R5 beta is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FGF R1 alpha (IIIb), rhFGF R1 alpha (IIIc), rhFGF R1 beta (IIIb), rhFGF R1 beta (IIIc), rhFGF R2 alpha (IIIb), rhFGF R2 alpha (IIIc), rhFGF R2 beta (IIIb), rhFGF R2 beta (IIIc), rhFGF R3 alpha (IIIb), rhFGF R3 (IIIc), and rhFGF R4 is observed.
